Red blood dots from vac hang

I have vac hanged for a while now.. Not so much lately because I get some “blood dots” on my glans after I take of the hanger.. The are more visible if I press blood into the glans. Someone know what this is? The glans is also more red in the area. When I used less weight I did not have this problem. But now I hang not much either.. Only about 7.5 lb

oh yes i get them when exerting too much force on the head too. just take a rest until they disappear then gradually ease back into hanging. i heard what they were before. i think it was something along the lines of blood being forced into new blood vessels and they burst or something. do a search and you should find somehting.
