Ready to hang!
Ok guys, this is the hanging routine I’ve come up with. This will be my first time hanging and I want to know what you guys think of it. Since it would be foolish of me to try and estimate what weight I’ll be using, I just made a list.
1) I plan on hanging SD until I can do BTC.
2) I’m using a Captain’s Wench as my hanger and a Chickenchoker BTC ADS as the ADS.
3) I’m capable of hanging everyday right now because school’s out, but weekdays I’m going to hang for 6-8 sets of 20 minutes after work (I get out of work at 12:00, so I have whole rest of day for ADS)
4) I’m going to use the infrared light for the first 10 minutes of each set.
1) Should I hang everyday? If not, what physical indication is there to take a rest day (besides injuries)?
2) How long should I wait to apply the ADS? I was thinking about 20 minutes.
All help is appreciated. I’m trying to gain another 1.6 inches to get me up to 8.5 BP. Thanks guys, peace.
BTW, I can’t wear an ADS at work since I’m a personal trainer and having my cock jammed BTC would definetely get in the way of showing my clients the proper motion on an exercise. However, I only work for 6 hours a day on the weekdays, weekends off.
