Questions to make my own hanger?

What should be the diameter to place your dick in the hanger (mean the place where you have no foam or gel).
I want to put a kind of gel in, what could i use for it, could silicone work (like the one you could use in your bathroom to seal joints) and stay flexible?

Any help or idea will be really appreciate

Thank’s a lot Thunder, silicone seems to work :) , for the moment i’ve made the external stuff with a strange plastic, i will post explanation and pics when i have it finished and tested.

I got my bib today. It works awesome. I thought it was a piece of bone when I first saw it. It has a very strange shape to it.

tryn4more, your AFB is a really nice one :) congratulations, have you think of putting the silicone vertically, it may be interresting in regards of the blood flow, it could avoid the clamping effect of the hanger.

I built a bib starter after the homebrew, and used silicone again for the internal grip. Except, instead of ribbing it-I made it run the full length and heigth of the hanger and not quite as thick. Iv’e found it to be much more comfortable. Also with the starter, I can move it up and down the shaft, to work different areas. I use a baby sock and theraband.

Does the silicone become harder with time or does it stay smooth?

Regular RTV (room tempaerature vulcanizing) silicone stays soft and pliable.
