Questions for Bib
Looks like I’ve got the time/privacy to hang again and I’m giving it another shot w/my Bib Starter. Seems like I’ve master wrapping this time around as well. My current routine is 6x10 minute sessions w/5-10 minute breaks. I’ve found there’s too much darkness, cold etc. when going past 10 minutes. My current max is 12.5 lbs.
My questions are:
1: Fatigue - I feel a worked out feeling in the ligs but generally have to reduce weights after 4-5 sets because of fatigue/soreness on the sides of the bottom half of my shaft. Is this normal or a hanger position/tightening problem?
2: Discoloration – getting dark at the tip of the glans toward the end of my later sessions. Most of the time it goes away within 60 seconds of removal of the hanger. Is this normal or a warning of some sort?
3: On a previous post a long time ago, you mentioned that anyone would have gains with a 10 hrs/week (5 x 2/day) routine. Within the context of that post you were stating that a good hanging routine and tenacity would offer quick enough gains to keep someone motivated to continue. Do you feel that’s still applies? My goals are to work up to 2+ hrs hang time a day. I’m hoping w/a 9:00 LOT, I can grow from 6.625” BP to 7.5 BP by the end of the year.
