Questions about Maintenance Hanging
I realize that as with all PE, hanging gains require some maintenance to cement gains.
1. What is a good maintenance schedule for hanging? Does it depend on the individual? (in terms of weight, minutes, angle. I had a thought that perhaps a straight down angle would be best for maintenance if the individual had made both tunica and ligament gains, is this true?)
2. Let’s say I gain an inch from hanging BTC, and my LOT has dropped from 8:30 to 6.
I switch to hanging at an upwards angle to stretch the tunica.
Do I need to perform maintenance on the ligaments while I am actively stressing the tunica?
I gain an inch from hanging upwards.
When I do maintenance do I need to hang at both angles to maintain each structure?
