Question: how to heat whilst hanging

I like to use a heated rice sock, it cost me about a dollar for the rice

Using an electric heating pad and hanging 1.25kg.works great

Hey Cheeba, you and I seem to do the same stuff. We both used and abused the bathmate for awhile and now we’re both hanging. Lol. Question not to hijack this but did you gain from the bathmate and did it stick?

No worries, thanks for your input. To be honest I havent been sticking with the bm long enough to see real gains. I am having issues with my currenr bm and havent used it for ages. I do remember when I first got it using it before sex to get massive girth which of course was temporary increase in girth.

Right now, I’m jelqing and trying to do a bit of heated vac hanging and heated vac extender work. Seems ok so far.. I just hope the old adage:* slow and steady wins the race.* turns out to be true!!

What are you hanging with? Are you using a big hanger or someother device? 6kg is quite a lot of weight but after 7 weeks you have probably built up to that..

Are you using heat in your hanging sessions?

I’m using a bib starter I kind of wish I went with the regular bib because of my girth. My dick is very well conditioned so my max of 12.5lbs isn’t causing discomfort. I’m heating before and after my sets sometimes during half a set. I’m using a rice type heating pad it’s made for the neck it goes in the microwave. I’m not jelqing in between sets. I am however using the bathmate as a warm down after hanging for the day. Are you jelqing between sets? I also can’t hang more then one set on Saturday and Sunday because of privacy. Also reaching fatigue has been hard.

I am using a heat pad that has ropes on it, I assume for arms and legs. I wrap around my unit and let loose around the bib before I sit down and turn on the heat.

I’ve been hanging off and on for years now (approximately 2). I’ve witnessed the benefits of heating while hanging, and I try heating pads while hanging, but with a vac hanger, it feels like the weight causes slippage. Furthermore, application to the sleeve seems to block the heat. I’ve finally decided to plan to get a heat lamp. However, would it help to take the silicone sleeve off?
