question for bib

when i’m hanging my head feels like it’s full of blood like when i’m done with my jelq stroke. It does’nt get cold, but it does get a little discolored. is there something i’m doing wrong or is that normal?

It sounds like you have too much blood in the head to begin with. Before attaching the hanger, push the wrapped bundle forward up to, and even over the head to allow the blood to get out. Then attach the hanger.

If the problem is blood flowing into the head while you are hanging, your wrap is too tight.

thanks i’ll try pushing the wrapped part up. i wrap semi loose because i was wrapping to tight when i first started. by the way the hanger is working great i have gained .5in in the last month thanks again

Congratulations on the gains. Is that .5 inches total? Or just in the last month?

Experiment with the tightness of the wrap till you find exactly what works best for you.
