Routine active 5 days:
Day 1: hang
Day 2: hanging
Day 3: pump
Day 4: Hang
Day 5: pumping

Most of people believes pumping and hanging don’t go well hand in hand. You want your penis has the least quantity of blood when hanging. Plus, are two intensive techniques, which can lead easily to overwork.

So if I do so, is there still danger of Peyronie?
Do not rest enough alternating penis exercises?

According to latest scientific thoughts on the subject - that I’m aware of, I’m not Medical Doctor - you have to have predisposition because an injury becomes a Peyronie’ plaque. But adding pumping to hanging raise significatively the risks of injuries anyway.

I do see that you plan to do hanging and pumping on different days; but this will not leave enough rest to your penis. Hanging should be done near everyday - or according to some, everyday - so alternating between pumping and hanging doesn’t makes much sense.

It would be better doing for example three months of hanging then three months of pumping.

Most PE vets agree that you should go for length first, then girth once your length goals are reached. Since pumping is primarily a girth exercise you should drop it from your routine if you want to hang.

Hanging is a form of PE that requires you to read A LOT. Read the Hanging 101 thread here, go to Bibs site (just google “bib hanger”) and register on his forums. Read, read, read and then read some more.

Almost every question you could possibly dream up has been answered in one form or another.


Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

The little advise I can give would maybe use the pump after a long hanging session to get blood moving again, but apart from that I would not advise doing two routines together.


Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

I once experimented with a combination of hanging and horse squeezes (intensive girth exercises). It made my pene turn orange and purple.

Also keep in mind that many people gain girth from hanging alone.
