Does this type of hanger reduce your blood flow? I recently tried a different type, and I definitely got a dark and blood cut off glans, and sex after was not nearly as sensitive. Anyone have any feedback? The vac hanger looks very promising and I think I will give it a try if the feedback is good.

It might be a little tight and hard to use the sleeves in the beginning, but when you get the “hang of it” its very simple. But I recommend you not to hang for more than 30-40 minutes per session (risk of cold/numb/discoloration/donut).
