Hi guys!

There is a dilemma I have now when I hang.

Either the pressure on the glance is IMO very high
Or
The stretch on the skin (not the ligs but the skin) is so intense that I can’t hang properly.

When I draw back the skin in order to not get the extreme stretch the hanger automatically fits closer to the glans which then increases the pressure on it to a point where I am not longer sure whether it is still healthy even in PE terms or whether it already is causing unwanted damage if not an injury overall.

However if I don’t draw the skin back before I put the hanger on the stretch on the skin is too high to hang sufficient weights.

I could on cost of the higher pressure on the glans hang about 10lbs perfectly fine ligaments wise if I draw back the skin but only 5lbs if I don’t. The 5lbs however are no longer giving me the feeling of a stretch in the ligs anymore even if I add more sessions.

So which way is the one to go to gain most while causing least damage?

Is there still stretch on the ligs even if I don’t feel it really? (In this case I simply would add 1 or 2 more additional sessions. Then of course the question would be how many minutes/ hours of hanging a day still is good in terms of gains and health.)

Does the glans accustom to the pressure if I start hanging very short sessions and slowly increase the session time?

You seem to be new to hanging, and you decide to jump from 5lbs to 10lbs all at once?

Are you using a Bib’ hanger? I guess your problem is that you don’t have it tight enough. Once the weight is off the floor, do you tight the hanger even more?

Increase weight no more than 2.5lbs at a time max in my opinion, if your new to hanging just do it a lot and try different settings, wrappings, etc you will find perfect techniques for your situation with practice, experiment with hanging with different amounts of blood in your glans, finally start out small and focus primarily on consistency. Oh and as Marinera said you have to tighten the hanger again after you put weight on it.

I’m not that new I think. Depends of course of what you consider new. I probably don’t have the experience some of you guys have. However I’ve been hanging for about 1,5 months now and since the 5lbs are not giving me the stretch anymore I added some more weight. Started off with smaller ones and then got to the 10lbs which give me a good stretch lig wise but.. Back to the dilemma

I think the hanger is pretty tight and fits well. It’s just the pressure on the glans I’m a bit worried about.

You need more blood in your dick.

Well you can try attaching hanger farther back from glans and doing your best to keep it from slipping down (I know easier said than done) and/or just sticking with less weight to let your glans condition to the stress then move back up.

Not sure what you mean? More blood? So far I was doing my best to get it at flaccid and off blood as possible especially the glans.

I find it much more comfortable to hang with my glans full of blood, my technique is get a slight erection before I attach the hanger and then tighten down as the erection goes away, the wrap seems to keep blood in the glans for a short while after the erection goes down.

Well isn’t the pressure much higher if the glans is full of blood? Which consequently increases the chance of bursting vessels?

You need a little bit in there. Not so much the head, but the CCs.

Just curious. Why the blood? Isn’t that making the stretch less effective?

I think that’s probably the best way to go then. This way I might get the glans to accustom to the pressure.

you need something to hold the weight, it’s either going to be the head or the CCs. The skin on the penis is just far too loose to have it any other way. I am by no means telling you to have a sizable amount of blood in there, you just need enough for your dick to feel a little spongy.

Do not let that hanger sit on the ridge of your head. You will regret it when you start to lose sensation.

HangerMan is right on that. You shouldn’t hold the wieight with your glans. If it does happens, your are doing one or more of this mistakes: not enough tight hanger; not enough blood in your penis (you have to have a little amount there) to create ‘a plug’; hanger place to high on the shaft.
