question about Toe bib hanger heavier weight
I was wondering when you start using heavier weights, What the preferred amount of toe out is . How many threads on the adjustment screw do most use (aprox). And by using only toe out, are you not getting the full shaft to stretch? Would you get more shaft to stretch if you use toe in due to the anchor point on the shaft. I guess you would have to use lower weight do to surface area. Do people use a double theraband wrap?
