Question about time of hanging per angle

So I’m hanging almost 3 months now BTC 9 sets x 20minutes per day no rest days
I’m interested in how many months is recomended to hang in one angle until switching to lets say SD or SO or OTS or that fulcrum hang bib showed.
Now I don’t know if I lost fatpad or I gained but I rember I started at 7.8 inches now I’m 8.3inches NBPEL

You need to hang at a different angle when gains stop coming at that angle. Good job on your gains. I’m looking to get back into it when time permits.

Starting stats 02/10/12 - BPEL 5.5" 13.97cm BPFSL 5.5" 13.97 cm BG 4.80" in 12.19cm

Currently: 9/30/13- BPEL 6.75-6.9" 17.5cm BPFSL 7.00" 17.78cm BG 5.1" 13.2 cm
