Question about gains from hanging?
Ive just started hanging(started dec, 2003/6x10min/ 1 hour total per day). And wanted to know how long it took most of you to gain 1.5 inches? also do you think its safe to hang longer(i dont mean all in one session)? say 90-120 minutes per day(10-12\10min sessions?
