I have been pushing it hard with the hanging and manual stretches trying to beat a long plateau of no gains. I have been hanging when I have the time up to 4 hours a day which for me is alot my dick was used to maybe an hour or two tops. Plus I have been doing alot of tunica exercises. Well here’s the warning the other day I got some fluid retion around the circ scar and it took maybe 4-5 hours to go away, but today I woke up with it around the scar all on it’s own, I did have some serious wood all night. So my question is does anybody get this. I noticed still’s thread also with bruising, that I don’t have just swelling and it’s not black and blue in no doubt fluid retention, but why? On a good note I think I’m beating my plateau but I haven’t measured yet.


Damn. I get fluid build-up every day, but as you said, it goes away in few hours, never heard before that anyone would get fluid after night.

Mayby this has something to do with the similar effect in weight training; your muscles ain’t sore after couple of hours from training, but just wait for the next day or the day after tomorrow; the soreness is back.
All I can really say is some whacked theories of mine encourage you to ease a little if this continues.
Did the swelling go away soon after you woke up?

When you woke up with the fluid retention, was it there the previous night from the hanging you did? It is rare to remain in the morning, as nocturnal erections should remove the fluid when you sleep.

You might need to loosen your wrap a little. If the fluid starts to build up quickly, unwrap and dry jelq for a few minutes (that should get rid of it) and re wrap a little looser than before. If it takes a long time to build up (say 2-3 hours), you might be able to solve the problem by jelqing a bit while still wrapped after each set.


When I tunicastretch my head change color, it becomes really red and it stays so for a couple of hours but it fades away… This never happened when I did ligstretch, but I guess thats because of bad circulation… A permanent !QUOT!very red strap on the head!QUOT! wouldn’t be fun after all, thats why this thought has crossed my mind once or twice.

I’ve noticed two things that cause an increase in fluid post-workout. Constriction. Cock rings or wraps for girth make it puff up. Another is heat. I get much more fluid buildup if I use a hot wrap after hard exercise.

Did you wear a cock ring to bed? Maybe you slept on your dick wrong and caused an effect similar to a ring. It doesn’t take much for tired, perhaps overworked, tissue in the donut area to build fluid.

It’s still here a little, but just about gone. It did make my did look like a fat mother. I’m going to take a few days off which kills me because I felt like I was going to get a good gain, but I have been preaching to listen to your body for years and I guess my dick is talking to me right now. I think the problem is which is not a problem really is that I have a fat dick and I the bib really squeezes the shit out of it even when it’s almost at the end of adjustment.

lasts days or a week. It got so back I have had to totally quit hanging. Again.


I’m 6.5 girth and last I heard you were 7 I believe, do you think that’s what the problem is that the hanger squeezes to tight if your over a certain size girth. I didn’t have this problem when I was at 6 girth. I wonder if any other guys with girth over 6 are hanging and having this problem.
