Anyway I haven’t missed a day of hanging since I started using the bib starter and my skin issue has subsided. So I’ve managed to start eaking my weight back up.

Now all I gotta do is grow a set balls and tell the wife what’s going on, cause that hour and half and sometimes 2 hour set on the toilet stealth hanging is deforming my ass.

I went to 5.5 lbs a few days ago and been getting 3 sets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Last night I got a strong pull (not necessarily a good feeling but not painful) on what I would call the dorsal vein area. I cut the last set short even after I had dropped weight to 3.5 lbs. This morning at 2 to 3 minutes into first set at 4.5 lbs the feeling was back and wouldn’t subside. I didn’t add weight and only did 2 sets.

All comments welcome. Has anyone experienced this or is this normal?

Just trying to give as much info as possible. Also I still haven’t missed a day in a month, had one day sometime last week I only hung 1 set due to work and family.

Should’ve also said it was very uncomfortable but not painful also no numbness at anytime.

When you miss periods of time that stretch into extended hours and days that is the point at which an ADS is absolutely necessary to prevent a plateau from establishing itself.
