Purpose of theraband?

Tomorrow will be eleven days no break and no less than 3 sets a day. And I’ve went from 3.5 # to 4.2# I don’t feel as though I need a break or a 1 set day so I’m so I’m gonna press on or pull on however you want to say it.

If the tear, hair or burn or whatever it is starts going south I’ll back down a bit.

As far as BTC I set on the edge of the toilet and put my feet on a stool about 8” tall. When I get busted or grow the balls to tell the wife I’ll move up stairs to an office chair.

Syd, does that mean you are sitting in the bathroom for two or three hours at a stretch? I’d probably tell her, she might think you’re doing drugs in there or something. ;)

Your plan seems great to me. Just keep an eye on things.

It’s usually early in the morning I get up at 3:30 in the morning, she’s still in bed. And when I’m on midnights when I get up she’s at work, and I hang then. It’s when she does the pop in during the day.

When I first started PE a little over a year ago I talked to her about it (I was doing manuals only ) when I started hanging didn’t know how that would go over.

And yes my ass is telling me it’s time to talk to the wife.

My experiences telling women have always went well. Can’t say this will always be the case, but I’m three for three so far. I think if you just approach it with honesty it will be ok. Her already knowing about the manuals gives you a foot in the door too.

The thing is I’m sure she wouldn’t say a thing except be careful. And maybe “you weirdo” :)

It’s an odd thing to tell someone your hanging weights off your junk with hope’s of it getting bigger.

No kidding. I have got some looks like there were bugs crawling out of my ears, but ultimately it usually ends up exactly as you describe. For me personally anyhow.

My present girlfriend has been beyond surprisingly supportive of my hanging after we discussed it, in contrast to the other two who were cool with it but sort of ambivalent. She is a member, and I’m sure she would be happy to discuss it with you if you want a female perspective or want to discuss how best to start the dialogue with your lady.

I’m gonna stick with this thread since this may be a wrap problem.

Been getting 4 sets in a day still haven’t missed a day. What i thought was a tear or whatever is way better now but the skin on my unit where I attach and the base has a slight burning sensation all the time now. Even using plenty of vasoline all the time it doesn’t subside.

Before I started using the bib I wasn’t hanging as consistently so I never had this issue come up. Is this a normal skin response to more consistency?

I’m still at 4.2 lb and have to drop that midway through 3rd set.

Any advice or opinions welcome. Thanks

When I said slight burning all the time I mean wether I’m hanging or not.

You probably need more info.

Light cotton wrap covered by the adhesive sports wrap.

Also my hanger doesn’t slide down. When I attach it and apply the weight I tweak the tightness and it’s good to go till set is over.

No extra info needed. ;) That feeling IS skin stretch. It feels like your skin is burning.

Your skin will stretch faster than the connective tissues of your penis, but it is still probably a good idea to stay where you are at for a bit to get in some time doing dedicated skin stretch.

Trust me, this feeling DOES go away with continued hanging.

It sounds like skin stretch. Very different feeling that the deep soreness that I like. When I get the skin stretch it is on the surface and like it is being heated up.

For me I would feel it at the base of the penis especially the top side of the penis the skin right there at the base seems to take the majority of this stretch.

My only recommendation is try to pull the skin towards the base from underneath your wrap. You are basically creating slack by doing this.

Yeah I’m not getting that good deep soreness in the ligs like I was and wanted to add some weight but this reared its head. And I’m definitely gaining in the skin area. Just didn’t expect it to be that irritated. It does subside some throughout the day.

The skin for me has always been my weakness. I feel the skin keeps me honest. If I am slacking off and not hanging like I should and I try to jump back in at full speed the skin is what prevents that from happening.

It was better last night I managed to get 2 more sets in. I attached a little further from the base for those 2 sets and made sure I pulled as much skin to the base from under the wrap. Even with the same weight I could tell I was back on the internals and pulling the ligs again. Had some decent soreness in the ligs this morning.
