I’ve been hanging in a recliner with a pulley at about 120 degrees. I’m getting sprayed red dot syndrome mildly. It goes away but returns temporarily after every session. Everything seems to be in order with attaching, should I continue?


Huh? You mean you get red dots on the head? I never thought about stopping any PE because of dots. Is there any pain involved?


No, the dots are midshaft. They don’t hurt, maybe I’m worrying too much .


What are you using as your wrap? Some of the sports wraps are pretty “bitey”. Could that be what’s causing the problem?

Every time I up my weight level I will get spots on the skin in front of the wrap. Usually only last….in other words I usually only continue to get them for a few days. Then once, I’ve better adapted to the new weight, I stop getting them.

I cut the tip of a baby sock off use that. It’s somewhat loose but not too loose. It never happened when I hung btc. I’m only using 11 lbs too.
