I’m wondering if anyone has ever tried it. I saw some post on the web where MH claims it’s a good routine but I take everything he claims with a grain of salt. He talks about started out at a heavy weight and dropping down by the second set of the second day. He also talks about doing only 45 mins per day with this routine.

Naturally you have to build up to a heavier weight. I got up to 30 pounds once but it kept slipping, so 27.5 wS really my max. You have to be conditioned for that, but even Bib recommends starting at your heaviest you’ve worked up to in order to hit fatigue as quickly as possible.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!
