I started hanging about two months ago after trying all PE exercises. I have a home made hanger made from a velcrow wrist band. I have been @ 8 lbs for a couple of weeks and took off two days to rest. When I started to hang tonight, It felt light so I easily raised it to ten. Before eight lbs was more than enough. I guess I realy needed the rest. I look foward to raising to fifteen by the middle of August. I gained a .25 inch and still perform other exercises.

Good gains for 2 months. I have been thinking of starting to hang recently so I can do something else while I PE.

Interesting you have gained more in girth than length. It seems it’s usually the other way. Lucky you. Especially an inch!

i gained the girth with horse 440s and jelqing over the past 6 months. Not consistant enough. I got no lenght from other exercises.
