I’m not sure what to do, what is better, stay at a weight until gains stop then raise the weight or raise the weight whenever possible?

Confusion has taken over. I searched and couldn’t find an answer.

If comfort is not an issue, raise the weight by one pound per week until you find your max. Then start your hanging sessions at this weight, and lower it as fatigue develops. Thats the general method.

Stay at a weight until you no longer feel the stresses. Your penis will adapt and grow ‘stronger’. You must usually challenge the tissues with increasing stresses in order to continue to see continued gains. *However, some make gains without ever being very sore.*

Soreness is a reaction to or indication of stress. Stress is increased either by increasing time or weight.
