Can someone describe how one would hang BTC? It seems like I would have to be laying at the edge of my bed but I can’t get a clear picture.

I do 6 sets a day, 22 lbs. As my max, I’m not sure I’ve gained yet? Which is frustrating cause I’ve heard of guys gaining an inch and only being up at 12.5 lbs.! Anyone have really strong collagenous tissues like me? How high do I have to go up in weight, this hurts somewhat! I already have a thrombosed vein, this is no cake walk for me!

Ulcaster I think your probably needed more sets, and maybe you needed to get to an even higher weight.theres no reason why you should just give it up.I think you have strong collagenous tissues like me, question is how high do we have to get before we gain? And do the gains depend on doing 6 sets, or 2-4 BTC a day like you..

SKEEBO.this isn’t a pro explanation but here goes, you use 2 chairs,put your legs up on the top of one chair,and have the weights attached to hanger,with your penis going down with the weights,penis goes down between your balls, but also your penis goes Between The Cheeks,butt cheeks, keep the weights suspended off the ground and there you need a mirror and suitable chairs,computer chair and possibly a pillow for your legs rest on the top of the chair

Maybe hanging simply isn’t the best technique for you, pauly.

Pauly have you checked your LOT? Perhaps you have to change the angle of attack using pulleys to go SO or at high angles because you can’t get anything out of your ligs. It is also possible that you are over training preventing any kind of gains. Are you using any heat? If you are hitting 22lbs with no gains at all yet I would say that something isn’t working and you need to take a step back and analyze the situation.
