Poll: How much weight before you gained.
Hey Fellow Hangers,
Please respond by indicating the MAXIMUM weight you were using when you first started to gain consistently from hanging. I’m not talking about the average weight, but the maximum weight you consistently used during your routines.
So, for instance, if you hanged with 20# max every day, or nearly so, when you first started to gain, but would drop down to 12# over the course of your sets, then 20# should be your response.
