POLL: Hanging Gains.

12

For the guys who gained an inch or more, about how long did you wait to start hanging? Meaning, how many months of PE were you doing prior to hanging?

Also, what were your results prior to hanging?

And finally, once you began hanging, how quick was the gain in length?

Starting stats- 5.9 BP Current stats- 7.5 BP, 5.25 EG, 8.13 BPFSL

Fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity.

So far, I have gained almost 2 inches in erect length, and almost 1 inch in erect girth. To me, flaccid gains are not important because I am not using a flaccid penis to have intercourse.

My routine is pretty basic, but somewhat unusual.

2400 jelqs a day
2 hours hanging a day

I stretch for about 5 mins. Before each hanging session, and I warm up for about 10 minutes before I start my jelqing (2 hours).

It has taken me almost 2 years to reach these gains, but myself and my wife feel that they have been worth it. The one thing that I hope that any new person to pe understands is this:

You MUST devote a lot of time to this PE stuff in order to get any kind of significant gains.

The one thing that seems to correlate with those that have not gained much is that they have not devoted alot of TIME to what they are doing. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes their routines are lacking, or they are doing the exercises wrong, but for the most part, I see that they are only devoting a minimum amount of time hence a minimum amount of gains.

Just think, right now I am putting in roughly 4 hours of pe a day. That has amounted to almost 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. Bib stated that he put in something like 10 hours of hanging a day, and look what he got in return.

Invest time in this and you will reap rewards.

Now, we haven’t defined “a lot of time”, but nonetheless…

xeno opines…

I think that both of these fine gentlemen are correct when considered in the appropriate context.

Once “newbie gains” are over, one needs to put in “a lot of time” in order to get any kind of significant gains (i.e. Iwant10 is correct). Of course, the converse is also true (IMO)…before “newbie gains” are over, one does not need to put in “a lot of time” in order to get any kind of significant gains (i.e. slack is correct). Thats the way its been for me anyhow (and many others).

If we consider the rate of gains during one’s newbie phase relative to the rate of PEing used to produce those gains, where the rate of PEing is the product of the amount of time spent PEing and the intensity of the PE activities used, then based on my experience, once newbie gains are over (you’ll know when, brother, trust me), one must increase the rate of PEing (amount of time and/or intensity) in order to keep gaining. This discussion assumes that the targeted tissues remain the same.

In my case, I have experimented with post-newbie gains training and found that I must use what I think any PE practioner here would consider a “significantly” higher rate of PEing to keep gaining. Having said that, I think that I could have “milked” my newbie period for longer than I did, i.e., gained at a lower rate of PEing for a longer time (yielding greater total “newbie gains”) than I did, but alas, I wasn’t smart enough to know better/resist the accelerator at the time (note to newbs…take it slow, make it last, you’ll be glad you did).

At the risk of going even further off-topic…I think the reality of the inequity in gains relative to effort when considering post-newbie gains relative to newbie gains has been the motivation for the development of the concept of de-conditioning, a topic that warrants one of only 2 selections for my “favorites list”…feel free to check Wad’s very salient treatment of the subject by clicking my “favorites” button.

In order that there is some content of this post that is related to the thread title…

I’ve gained between 0.5-0.6 inch BPEL from hanging so far.
