Well I started to hang 2 months ago . My stats then were: fl 3”, 5.5” nbpel and 4 3/4” eg and nothing changed since then.The first 2 weeks were purely experimental ,hanging with 3kg max every day for hour and half (2*20 min morning ,evening). I haven’t missed a day of a training. My LOT than was around 9 o/clock , maybe little more . Now is the same. I usually hanged SD combined with BTC. First 2 weeks I didn’t feel any soreness , but after that the soreness came and felt only to the touch. Usually when I take weekend off , the soreness is still there felt only to the touch. My routine was to hang max (7 - 8 kgs) for the first 10 min as I could , then I drop 1 - 2 kgs for the next 10 min. Two months and nothing yet. I have a few questions to be answered…

1. Would it be better If I change the routine like this: I hang 2*20 min two times a day leaving 10 min rest between. I was wondering would it be better to do it like this , because It is not time consuming when I do it this way . With my max weight I can hang but only first 10 min so I was wondering if instead of 20 min straight I could do : 10 min max weight followed with 5 min rest …etc until I reach one hour. ???? or is it better to do 3*20 min even if I have to drop 1 -2 kgs , but 20 min straight. ???

So it is 10*6 ,5min rest with max weight x 2 times a day VS. 3*20 min ,2 times a day ,10 min rest,straight even when the last 10 - 11 min have to drop 2 kgs or so…?

2.Should I swtich to another hanging angle or stay at SD for the next 1 month to month and half to see if something would change ??

3.How will I know if I gained something for the first time … Will it be longer flaccid lenght or something else ?

4. After my workout is done , my penis returns in it’s original flaccid state , but it is hard :) like hard deformation… Is this common thing ? or it should stay stretched after the workout?

5.Do my ligs have to be sore all the time , or not ? or the soreness is the indicator that my workout was fine done ??

6.Should I wear ADS for the 2 - 3 hours after the workout … How can the ADS (light stretch)help me if my intense routine won’t help to gain even a 1/4” …?

7.I see guys who only used general basic PE routines like jelqing and manual stretching… If stretching is for lenght gains ,and Hanging is the most intense stretching thing ever existed , How come that manual stretchers have better and faster results than us hangers ??

8.I am afraid that my whole intense workouts and my whole time spent in hanging will be droped into the wind ,without any gains…..

There is nothing wrong with ten minute sets. Try to work up to an actual hanging time of at least ten hours per week though.

I think that is fine.

If your LOT is 9:00, you should slowly move the angle of hang down to BTC in order to get the most stretch out of your ligs. Be aware that in the beginning of BTC hanging, you will be stretching a lot of skin.

I always saw my stretched flaccid length go up before my erect length increased.

Mine seemed to change from period to period. I experienced the hard feeling of my flaccid, but not all the time.

No, not all the time. In fact, mine were usually only sore to the touch. But soreness is an indiction of tissue deformation.

The heavy weight of hanging causes the tissue deformation, and the ADS keep the tissues in the extended state.

I think if you look over all the evidence, at least for the last six years, you will find that hangers gain much faster, and much more, than manual PEers.

With that attitude, your efforts probably will be in vain. You have only been hanging for two months, and the first two weeks were just experimentation. Hanging, and in fact all PE is a marathon, not a sprint. If you are not in it for the long haul, and if you do not expect some problems, then you will probably be disappointed. It takes dedication and perserverance. It also takes a lot of education.

Try to concentrate on the BTC angle, at least for the next 2-3 months. Try to work up to ten hours per week of total hanging. Then realize, if you feel soreness, you are deforming tissue.

I don’t understand one thing … IF surgeon has to cut those ligs to extend the inner penis out …how come that hanging beats that very difficult procedure to gain lenght ?? and even stay (penis) that way (long way) …

I don’t get it how the ligs can be permanently stretched without cutting them …
I saw that after the surgery the person have to hang weights in order to maintain his lenght given by cutting the ligs ….

Why just the people who undergone surgery didn’t hang like us,without damaging themselfs ?

I do not know that hanging alone beats surgery plus hanging, except that it is much cheaper. I don’t know what the last part of your question means.

Actually, any ligament can be stretched very effectively. Surgery is not required. After surgery, hanging is recommended in order to pull out the penis, and stretch the ligaments that remain. It should be easier to do since most are cut, and/or reattached lower.

I don’t think anyone has been putting together an evidence file, but if you read the forum you’ll find many who have gained well from hanging, either from the beginning or resorted to it with good results when other methods had failed them.

I fall mostly in that latter category.

There is not, to my knowledge, any study which compares the various PE methods. I do not think you could do a true study of this, because of the variance of gains and how them become progressively harder over time. All of the evidence I refer to is anecdotal. Simply from reading the results of men over the years.

Many guys have made great gains from only manual exercises. But there usually comes a point when manual exercises fail to deliver sufficient stress to continue gaining. This can occur with hanging also, but usually it seems to take longer to occur, and in many cases, it never occurs.

It really is a simple matter of force and time. Nothing to date can give the amount of stress needed to acheive plastic deformation, over a sufficient time period, like hanging can.

and one more thing … I got erect and I followed the tunica from my base to the anus .. it is easier when your dick is hard … and I measured that from the base to the anus is about 3 inches of tunica isnide …. how much will I be able to get it out if there is no growth in the penis ‘cause penis is not a muscle ??

I do not understand the question. You can indeed grow the shaft. You do not have to solely rely on pullng out inner shaft.

If SD and BTC are the best angles to do lig stretch , and SO and OTS is the best for tunica … and there is only stretching involved … I don’t think there is growth involved inside…

It can grow the same as any other body part placed under stresses, traction, given enough time and stress, either through creating more cells, or larger cells.
