First let me thank BiB for a great tool. Well designed and comfortable. :)
I’ve had my BiBhanger for a few months. This is probably my 3rd go around. I quit the 1st 2 times because of finding enough time. The breaks were good though, it gave me time to learn the correct techniques to hang comfortably before I did any damge.
The one thing I learned is there is such a thing as too much hanging. Presently I hang 3 x 20 minutes at 12 lbs. If I try to increase it and hang another 3 sets even at a lower weight I find I am too sore. Even with a couple days off I am still too sore.
Now this may be becasue I’m older (46) and my body takes longer to heal than someone who is let’s say 20 years old. The only point i’m trying to make is just because other guys can hang all day doesn’t mean you can. This is not a contest, listen to your body. :)
Maybe later as I train more I can handle more but for now 3 x 20 does just fine for me.
