Overnight hanging?

Evening, I had a thought a while back for hanging gains. I have never done any PE in my life but when I read these forums years ago, it seemed that people would use heavy weight for short times (30 minutes or so). My idea is to use a lighter weight and hang overnight (while you sleep).

There are some obvious issues, such as comfort so that you can sleep and angles. Assuming those get taken care off, how beneficial could it be to hang with a lighter weight for 5-8 hours? Has anyone tried this before?

Ok Critter, I will not be so polite as the bossman and Mgus here and tell you that this is an intensely stupid idea.

You should never leave anything on your penis overnight, because you have no control when you sleep. Meaning, it is highly probable that you would wake up with your dick fallen of your body, or being attached but dead.

You just take it easy and start with the newbie routine buddy.

Try bed fowfers; they give a light ADS and are much safer.

Yikes, glad I asked here before getting any ideas. What is used for long duration stretching or gains, a lead ring around the glans?

If you are thinking about trying ADS’ers or hanging while asleep, you had better use an alarm clock, and set it for every hours.

Also, never put an ADS on then go right to bed. You should use an ADS for weeks before ever considering it for night use, and even then, put it on 2-3 hours before you lay down, and remember to use the alarm clock, set for every hour.

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!

I’m going to advise you not to follow biglukes advice.

Simply stay away from it. The risk-reward ratio is really bad.

I use the Static Stretcher, and on occasion use it in the overnight hours. But I will wear it all day, and maybe 3-4 hours into my sleep time. With that said, After having it on all day, I know how it feels, and if it is too tight for sleeping safely. I also make sure I awake every hour until I remove it. I have awoke on a few occasions before the alarm went off, and did not like how it felt, and removed it. So, I am NEVER asleep more than 60 minutes with it on.

I have no problem with that advise. I was just giving my point of view, as there will always be those (Myself included!) that will try this, so I wanted to give the best advise for wearing an ADS while one sleeps.

In other words, don’t wear them while sleeping, but if you must, please take every precaution you can in order to be as safe as possible while doing so.

I have some experience in this area. Last year I spent several months sleeping with a vacuum ADS. The ADS applied no pressure at all to my penis (only a slight vacuum). There was no squeezing and no chance for blood supply to be cut off.

I continued for the routine for about 4-5 months, sleeping with traction forces of about 3-4#, which was a lot.

At the end of this time, I gained zero. Zilch. Nada. The best thing I can say about it is that it gave me a good flaccid hang, at least for the first half of the morning.

The only ADS I would ever consider sleeping with is a vacuum ADS, and my experience shows that it has no clear and obvious benefit. There’s no point in doing it. Stick to you daytime routine and let your dick rest at night.

I have used the vacu ads from monkeybar overnight and it was fine. But I have been using it during the day for probably like 2 or 3 months now. I have worn it for about 6 hours straight during the day and then just taken off to pee. I wear mine regularly while I sleep now. But I only sleep 4 hours a night so I don’t know how long you want to keep it on. I think you should make sure your penis is conditioned to wearing it that long first.

I think you shouldn’t be wearing anything if you are not awake.
