Evening, I had a thought a while back for hanging gains. I have never done any PE in my life but when I read these forums years ago, it seemed that people would use heavy weight for short times (30 minutes or so). My idea is to use a lighter weight and hang overnight (while you sleep).
There are some obvious issues, such as comfort so that you can sleep and angles. Assuming those get taken care off, how beneficial could it be to hang with a lighter weight for 5-8 hours? Has anyone tried this before?
