Over the shoulder
I’ve been hanging straight down and BTC (mostly BTC) for 5 months now. I do a combination of captain wench/heavy weight to target the susp. Lig and a light weight tunica hang. I also do a lot of clamping. My gains have tapered off and I’m getting bored. I kind of want to switch to over the shoulder to try something new and see if it triggers more gains. Can anyone point me to some good threads on hanging this way. I’ve tried a few times with my captains wench and didn’t really get much out of it. Anyway, any information would be helpful. Thanks
