Over the shoulder hanging, help
Hi, I’ve been hanging BTC for 6 months now, and I have a LOT of 6-7. I don’t feel much gain with BTC anymore, and I just recently switched to OTS hanging, but I’m not doing it correctly, can you guys please advise?
My set up is :
I attach Bib hanger normally to my p***s, then I use a rope and hook the hanger with a 20 lbs weight. I then lift the weight and let it hang on my back over my shoulder. However, I don’t feel any tension on my p***s and felt the weight are mostly felt on my shoulder. Did I do something wrong? Or should I just increase the weight?
