OTS beats the dick up

I have been doing the over the shoulder hanging for almost a month or just about that and let me tell you I love the stretch. And I love the bungee action for an extra pull, but what I don’t love is the wear and tear on my dick if I hang for a couple of hours straight I can’t get a good hard on right after. Also my night wood is suffering. So I have to make sure not to hang on days I’m going to have sex because I don’t want a weak hard on. Anybody else getting this with OTS or regular hanging? At least I know I’m hitting it hard and getting fatigue.

No question Dino, OTS is a very different hang than the others. All sorts of bizarre sensations course through my unit when I try it. Discoloration is more common too. I haven’t focused on it much because of my LOT but on the upside :) I do find it lends itself better to multi-tasking - whereas BTC gets in the way.

Your concern about erection quality being compromised due to OTS is something I haven’t heard - was this the case with the lower angles?
I’d love to hear more about this issue - I hadn’t seen it brought up before. It always made the idea of hanging OTS less appealing than the other angles.

I never had the tired dick hard on problem with hanging down, I could get a raging hard on right after and my night wood was almost painful it was so hard. I’m committed to giving it another two months but I might have to take more rest time. I do feel like I’m going to get some good results I can put a real stretch on my ligs this way.

Yeppy, I found SO and OTS to give more ‘wear and tear’ than BTC too. Might I recommend dropping set time to 10 minutes, with 5 minute breaks between sets? It’s worth a try for a few days to see if there is any difference. Also try doing some stretches BTC by pulling on the S-hook before putting the weights on for your OTS set. That was a tip Bib gave me a while back.

I have also found hanging SO really beats the old fella up. The only way I have been able to get around it is to hang 60 % of my SD weight. Seem’s to give me a great stretch still without the discolouration

With higher angles you are stretching on the muscles which contribute to erections (bulbospongiosous and ischiocavernosous) so that you are having weaker erections is not surprissing. Those musles are all stretched out. This is a good thing in my opinion.

When you hang BTC, you are mostly just stretching the ligs which do not contribute to erection at all.

By the way, in case anyone is interested, erections occur first from a dilation of blood vessels (arteries) which lets in more blood and also starts to trap outgoing blood. Viagra (and others) work by helping to dilate these areteries. However the second component of a raging erection is the constriction of the internal muscles I mentioned above. Viagra does not effect these muscles. In short, Viagra gives you an erection through the dilation process but not the constriction process. However, Viagra still gives good wood because it really goes heavy on the dilation. V should help you Dino.

I’m fine as far as the hard on thing goes as long as I don’t hang to close to sex, to be safe I don’t hang at all on days I think I might have a booty call. Being not married it’s a lot easier to know when your not having sex.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that OTS is hard on or should I say hard on the hardon

I would agree too Dino but I reached this same conclusion after only hanging over the shoulder for 4 days so perhaps best not to read this post too closely. Previously I had been hanging by standing or sitting in front of a stepladder with a bungee cord over the top rung -this was probably at an angle of 11:30 at absolute max. When I started hanging OTS ‘properly’ this weekend I immediately noticed a massive pull on the tunica & ligs. I even begun to notice a powerful pull in my lowest abs on the last set -I actually finished very soon after this new sensation because it suddenly felt like I was about to tear something.

To be perfectly honest I also managed to cause some short-term & mild numbness in my dick (in the area forward of where the hanger was placed). In fairness though it’s probably a combination of the wrap being too tight, the hanger being too tight and the weight being too much. [Wombat you fool!] The numbness has all but disappeared now but I will be taking an enforced rest now as I have to send the hanger back anyway to get the gel repaired.

When I get the hanger back I will start hanging in this position again as I feel it has the most potential for attaining that holy grail of fatigue at this stage of my PE experience, but I shall treat OTS with a damn sight more respect than I did last Sunday I can tell you….ouch…

Be careful bro!! I hear you about the tightness I find I have to tighten the shit out of the hanger so it doesn’t slip off. I’m going to take ss4’s advice and shorten my set time also by how much I don’t know and I will take a few more minutes in between sets/

I don’t hang yet, but I noticed that the best erections of my life were during SU stretching. Maybe the stretching of the muscles helped my erections in some way.

Maybe you are just overdoing it a little bit, I think erections should be fine with that position…if not better.
