Sounds like a good plan Dino. I’ve never been able (or felt comfortable enough) to hang for more than 15 minutes -due to the way I have to wrap because of twisting. I think when I get back into the OTS hanging I will drop down to 10 minute sets and maybe 70% of the weight I was hanging last time. Will no doubt take much much longer to get to fatigue but it ought to be a damn sight safer for me!
