I am only using manual stretching because I have not gotten the wrap and the wench to a point where it is comfortable yet.

I have seen almost 3/4” in stretched flaccid length and almost that in erect length. I am not sure why I am having these positive results so quickly.

How many people here do manual streches? Has anyone else has this quick of a response to stretching or hanging? I have only been manually stretching for a couple of months, and it is not regular.

Starting today I am going to be manually stretching while I drive (45 commute to work).

If anyone has thoughts on this please share them. I wanted to post this as an update.

but It is very easy when it is manual. Less distracting than talking on the phone.

If it is working just keep doing it.when it stops, try something else like hanging

First of all congratulations on your quick gains!

If the stretching is working for you so well, just stay with it. We know all the PE techniques work, but they work in varying degrees of success for different people. When you reach a gains plateau from stretching (which will inevitably happen), you can switch to a new technique or a combination of techniques for further results. Keep up the good work.
