One lig at a time

Hi, I’m very new to hanging and this other day, not sure why I did it, but I found a new hang position I haven’t read about here before.
As the title mentions it focuses on one lig at a time, probably some tunica aswell but mostly ligs.

You stand up straight, next to a table or something about hip high. First you put one foot up on the table and keep it there for a couple of minutes, you should be able to feel imense stretch of the lig on that side of the penis. Next, repeat with other foot.

Warning! I’ve only tried this with 6.6lbs(3kg), so start out small. Don’t now if it works with heavier weights without injury!

Yeah, in all time I have read about hanging and hanged myself, I’ve never heard mention of that approach.

Could somebody point the way to a good diagram of the penis ligaments. I’m having trouble envisioning where they begin and how far down the shaft they extend. My curiousity stems from the fact that my penis often curves to the left in its “plumped” flaccid state, and I want to know why.

I would discourage hanging in any imbalanced way; first, stretching ligs is no point for erect gains; second, hanging uneven is bad for your back, even with very low weights.

Agree , focusing on ligs is stupid.

The only good thing about stretching the ligs is that the penis if point too high becomes less hard to move.

No. Any kind of stretches will stretch the whole penis, at a major or minor degree. What I’m saying is that you shouldn’t worry much about stretching the ligs per se, it is not a goal useful for erect gains. The most useful angles to stretch at are SO and SD, by the way.

That is also what I have read - that SD is arguably the best angle. Two years ago I stretched straight down every night for 15 minutes for two weeks straight and saw tremendously improved EQ. I think it was the best I’ve ever had (the only time my ex gf ever made a positive comment on my penis…she just looked down and blushed and was like “whoa, you have like a massive…erection.” Felt good man.

Thanks for the input! I guess that’s why I haven’t read about it anywhere.

I just figure that it’s more intense if you focus the stretch on one part of the penis at a time. I’ve also done inverted v-stretched hanging to focus tunica stretch for that reason.
