One lig at a time
Hi, I’m very new to hanging and this other day, not sure why I did it, but I found a new hang position I haven’t read about here before.
As the title mentions it focuses on one lig at a time, probably some tunica aswell but mostly ligs.
You stand up straight, next to a table or something about hip high. First you put one foot up on the table and keep it there for a couple of minutes, you should be able to feel imense stretch of the lig on that side of the penis. Next, repeat with other foot.
Warning! I’ve only tried this with 6.6lbs(3kg), so start out small. Don’t now if it works with heavier weights without injury!
