On the rot-and roids
Thought I would pass along an interesting observation made in the past week.
I’ve had a screaming case of the crotch rot and rhoid pain in the last few weeks. Well, I switched back to BTC and viola-the menacing duo have all but disappeared.
I was hanging straight out with a pulley assembly under the desk. I would rotate and lean back in an office chair, getting what felt to be a good hang (plenty o fatigue). But fuck that, if I have to put up with the side affects.
Has anyone else noticed side affects from certain methods of hanging?
