Old hanger saying hello and asking some questions:)
Back in the day I was really eager to start hanging because I heard of Bib`s gains and I thought it was THE way to gain.
Unfortunately I had way too little time and privacy to do it without killing myself. I survived doing the bare minimum sets needed and got some small gains, but in the end it was a real pain and lots of stress.
From this fall I will start studying and most likely spend at least 6-7 hours behind a desk daily. I see the potential for being able to hang while getting my work done.
A few questions:
1) Would there be any benefits in using an VAC-extender for the first period or should I go straight onto hanging?
2) Those of you who hang regularly. Honestly, how is your erections and sexual life? Personally I remember having reduced sexual functionality(both sexdrive and erection levels), but lots of stress may have been a factor.
I`m not sure if I want to sacrifice sexual health, even if just for a period.
3) If I hang consistently for 6 months 2-3 hours daily. Is a 1” gain realistic?
4) Is BIB`s hangers still the way to go? I had the starter back in the day, but unfortunately I got rid of it. I also heard lots of talk about VAC-hangers?
