Yeah been doing PE for about 2 1/2 years . I was thinking of incorporating a all day hang with my routine at say 19 oz ,hang half day for 4 to 6 hours. Then penis master pro for another 4 to 6 any opinions on this would be appreciated, Thanks

NO. You have to condition yourself first. Hanging is considered a more EXPERIENCED-WITH-PE activity. Start off with the newbie routine.

I think the normal (safe) recommended time for the newbie routine is 6 months for conditioning. Then move on to other stuff.

I’m relatively new to this and have paid the price a couple times for not listening to that advice.

I agree that hanging should be done once you have got used to doing the beginner routine. I can’t say I followed this advice as I was starting and stopping with the P.E However I think daily jelqs should not be underestimated!

At the time of writing this, just about to start my 3rd 20min set hanging 5lbs with a male hanger! My flaccid is definitely hanging longer. I am also trying to include as many jelqs as I can fit in to the day, roughly this equates to 300 jelqs using cooking oil.

Dude I would start with Jelqing with oil, try and squeeze out 300-500 per day for a week, see how you get on.

So you want to hang for 4/6 hours with a all day hanger 180z/500g then use a penimaster for 4/6hrs?

I guess this is ok, try it for a week see how you get on. It certainly sounds a good plan for keeping your dick in an elongated/ extended state.

Been hanging for a almost 2 months now, started 2.5lbs, today I’m at 7lbs.
Have only done manual before and gained some, so Im conditioned enough - I guess this is why I havent gained a bit so far with hanging, at least not with these weights.
I guess, since I am a bit more conditioned, gains will come a bit later, hopefully in the 10-15lbs range. Don’t think I can/will go higher xD

Ok so I have managed 5x20mins sets. Had to drop the weights to 1.25kg to be able to move around and do stuff. Good stretch still.

May throw some extra sets in there throughout the day.

That’s now 5hours clocked up over 3days!
