I take it that there is no point in using ADS if you have the luxury of 6-10 hours of hanging time each day? Wouldn’t the Bib act as a more effective ADS if there is enough free time to use it each day?

Are you asking or telling? Either way, I agree. If you can hang all day (6-10 hours), then an ADS isn’t really needed.

I don’t know for certain, but it has become my routine. My job affords me time to hang all day, five days a week - reaching fatigue early in the A.M. and basically hanging tolerable weight the rest of the day. Been at it for about 3 weeks and although I haven’t measured (must stay disciplined!) I have to say that visually it appears to be having an effect. While enjoying porn late last night (Big Butt Latinas!!) I’ve never looked or felt so big. I don’t want to fuck up my motivation by having a bad measure so I’m waiting until the end of the month.

Needless to say, after studying these boards and some great input from people (Stevie!) I can’t imagine a better way to gain length.

With the “ADS hanging” I simply loosen my hanger enough to get blood flow back to normal between sets (20 min set/ 10 min rest). Unless my boy seems stressed, in which case I completely take it off and massage/kegel until I feel I’m clear of danger. It’s becoming a sort of ‘second nature’ thing but in the early going required a lot of time/attention.
What weights are you hanging at, Grow? How often?

Hook, I haven’t started yet, I am going to purchase a bib tommorrow and will get down to some trench work with the hanging. I tried hanging with a noose at 6 lbs a while back but gave up because I realised after time it might cause damadge. So after a couple of months now my credit card has been issued and I can order a bib finally.

What kind of weight do you think I will need for ligs if I am going to hang for maybe 4 hours a day for lig perpose and what kind of weight for my tunica if I am going to hang maybe 3 hours a day for that perpose? Once I have progressed past beginner safety weight I mean?

I’m really not qualified to say. Some of the vets will have to help you there—-I’m very new to hanging. I can speak a bit about the early stages of hanging though, and I recommend not being put off by the initial “skin stretch” which can be very unpleasant, but fades fast enough. Also, become as educated as you possibly can about what can be accomplished through hanging and *especially* the risks associated. It defeats the purpose of enlarging your skipper if you wreck the poor thing by being over-zealous in your quest.

It sounds as though you’re asking the right questions, though. These guys will prove to be a wealth of knowledge. Keep asking them. Be a pest. They love it!
