No Lig Fatigue at 10lbs...

I’ve searched throught the forum trying to find out why my Ligs aren’t getting tired or feeling worked at 10lbs for 30 minutes…

I’ve stretched the skin enough to allow proper grip on the inner penis in my opinion, also, the 10lbs seems like more than enough to stress the ligs to start off at, but apparently not.

Perhaps I need to increase weight or hang in a different direction?
(current direction is straight down, my LOT is 9, maybe 10)

Guys have any insight on this?

I would suggest either increasing hang time or, if that’s not possible (or even if it is), trying between-the-cheeks hanging. Ten pounds, in my opinion, is not much for straight down, but is killer if done for 30 or 60 minutes BTC.

First, I hope you are not hanigng for 30 minutes in one set. Limit sets to a maximum of 20 minutes.

This varies between individuals. Some will fatigue at 5 lbs, and some guys require 20. That is just the way it is. Also, 30 minutes will probably not do it at almost any weight. You should try to work up to ten hours per week. Fatigue is a function of both the amount of stress and time. If the skin is not the first limiting factor, then you should be able to apply the amount of stress needed. But work up slowly in weight, a lb or two per week.
