No Gains

You ever been to Tanna, Marinera? Have you you ever inspected any Tannese men’s penises? Ever watched how they wrap themselves. Do you know anything about them other than what you have read on the internet?

I certainly don’t wish to get into any arguments, especially with such an accomplished poster as yourself. I would however like to say that it has been my experience that not all knowledge can be found by google-ing, and in fact much is obfuscated and or simply hidden, especially when it comes to knowledge that has the potential to empower. I know I don’t need to say this to Bearded Dragon, his eyes are wide open, and there are many more out there who have begun to doubt the so called authorities and suspect there may even be a hidden agenda.

I certainly understand how easy it was for Marinera to become so quickly and totally misinformed. This sort of thing is a natural byproduct in a culture that relies on instant gratification. For me learning about the Tannese was not so easy, but all of that is quite a long story, and, I’m sure Marinera will agree, the topic for another thread.

Guys you can debate the ideas all you want. However, be careful in allowing the debate to become an attack on someone. Some of the comments here are quickly starting to approach becoming a personal attack.

Guys I truly don’t know the biological mechanisms that allow growth. I also don’t understand how an internal combustion engine works. Yet I still drive my car every day.

I personally don’t know much about all the angles. 99% of the time I hand BTC and SD. I really don’t know if there is any difference in the other angles in regards to effectiveness. As long as I keep gaining at the current angles why mess with it. I do feel a more intense stretch at a BTC angle. However, this is just a feel.

In my opinion the only two variables that really matter is time and tension. I feel that if someone is hanging as much time as they can permit and they aren’t gaining, then it probably is time to increase the weight.

From most of the hanging journals I have read, 10 pounds is about the minimum that people start seeing gains. So 12 pounds just might not be enough for this individual. There are some people that are “hard gainers” and it might take a lot more stress.

“Fatigue” is just a word. I think it works well enough in describing the feeling that I shoot for. Hanging is an art. Well at least the way I do it. I am hanging by feel. I do follow a progression in trying to increase sets or weights, but I let the feel decide whether I am moving up or down. That feel is what I believe has allowed me to avoid any serious injuries and still make gains.

I truly don’t know if Bib has made any gains. He has no before and after pictures. I personally don’t care. I do know that the problems and experiences that he discusses when hanging has helped my hanging journey.

I really couldn’t care about LOT theory. I personally think that there might be a correlation with quick gains and someone’s exit point. However, that is just an observation backed with zero data.

I think Bib’s suggested weight and time progression are a great guideline. I think it is a little conservative but when I read about people hanging to pain or having blood in their hanger, perhaps conservative is better.

Now in regards to Flashpoint, it looks like he is going even more conservative than Bib’s guideline. At 5 months he should be beyond 12 pounds if he isn’t gaining. Now this ultimately is his decision as the risk is his.

My guess and it is only a guess is that just as Flashpoint is no longer gaining from an ADS, he either needs to take a long deconditioning break or he needs to increase the weight with the hanger. I believe that he would have achieved the same gains that he did with the ADS with a lower hanging weight. Now his body requires more weight. Now maybe 12 pounds would do it if he was willing to hang the same amount of time that some ADS users do. However, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Now as a disclaimer, I will always be biased towards hanging because it works for me. I am a true believer in it. I personally think that it could work for most people. I also believe that if someone is desperate they could injure themselves with it.

Oh, you are a Tanna’ Penises Inspector. Now I get it.

What you think is a real penis is, actually, a penis sheath; it is relatively common in primitive populations of the Pacific Ocean lands to wear a penis sheath, or gourd or horim, as it is also called; Katanka and Papuan also wear it. Other tribes in Africa and South America also use to wear a penis sheath. It is just an ornament and nothing else. Nothing to do with penis enlargement.

Countless times people has posted here about supposed populations that have gigantic penises, due to tribal PE practices; some even claimed that there were reliable documentaries or scientific papers about that, but to date no proofs of sort. Some times ago I made a piss taking thread about those beliefs

Re-read Bib’s old posts over and over again on riding the fatigue. Adjusting the weight from day to day and set to set to stay in the fatigue zone is crucial.

I agree with BeardedDragon; heat will make the gains easier. I found an IR lamp hard to use, though - it was difficult to get it the right distance from my penis - too far away, it does not good; too close it is easy to get a burn.

Instead you might try making a rice sock, heating it up in the microwave, and resting it on top of your penis while you hang. It will keep you nice and toasty for a 20 minute set, and make it easier to gain. It is also very cheap: put a pound of rice in an old sock and tie off one end.

Like others, I also think that more sets (5 in total) is a good idea before you add more weight. And listen to your body - ideally you should be a little tender at the end of the last set, but get good nighttime wood and have the soreness disappear by the following morning.

I thought the orthodontics guy was a good interesting comparison. The periodontal ligament is one of the only other ligaments in our body that we would lengthen for cosmetic purposes only. IOW, like the penis ligaments, it does not require a specific length to hold a joint, bone, and musculature in precise relation for ideal biomechanics of movement.

By micro tears I mean breaking collagen micro-fibril bonds, as opposed to larger fiber structures. Like in these images.

Micro tears may even be targeting a smaller level, the tropocollagen bonds that attach single collagen molecules to each other to form a micro-fibril.

LOT is an angle above which, one set of tissues will be stressed by hanging or stretching - and below which, a significantly different set of tissues will be stressed by hanging or stretching. It’s good knowledge to have.

LOT is Loss Of Tugback. I even pointed you to the thread where your Pope speaks about, why don’t you give it a read before spreading holyness all around?

Above the LOT angle, one set of tissues is stressed. Below the LOT angle, another different set of tissues is stressed. This is easily observed by anyone stretching their penis at different angles. Obviously knowing how to target different tissue sets is very useful in designing a PE routine for targeted gains. As is understanding the structure of collagen. How we use that knowledge, or don’t use it, is up to the individual.

There are many ways to PE, and many models of understanding PE growth, just because one of them doesn’t work or make sense for you doesn’t mean it isn’t useful to others. Dismissing a discussion on those methods and models as blathering idiocy, or comparing them to blind religious fanaticism does an injustice to all the people who are finding them useful in their own experience and practice. Which, if you are keeping track of the empirical outcomes in this thread, is about 5 out of 7 hangers in this sample. So maybe instead of ripping down Bib’s ideas wholesale, we build upon those of them that we find useful.

I had the same issue. I rigged up a switch and an extension cord, so I can turn the IR lamp on and off while sitting at my desk as necessary to keep the right heat level. I do it almost subconsciously now while working when it gets too hot or too cold.

It is about some hangers believe in it because they want to believe, and those who really try it in the real world have a high rate of failure, that’s it. The very same fact that you think continous rate of low damage is the way to go and then advice hanging à la Bib over an ADS shows that : you can’t apply a continous damage with the bib hanger, the rest between sets is about half of the actual hanging time, probably after few sets is the same time for rest than for hanging : so not only you are applying a cyclic, not continous, tension, but the procedure is highly inefficient.

Also, if you look more carefully at what the other ‘believers’ say, you’ll see that they are not understanding Bib’ theories in the same way you do. Bib’ words are borderline mystic and vague, so people gives to them a different meaning. Fatigue is an example; Bib never said that fatigue when hanging is like muscular fatigue, his definition of fatigue is ‘When you can’t hang anymore at that given weight, lower the weight.’, that’s about all. Which means pretty much nothing: my rope gets broken because it can’t stand 40 lbs, have I reached the fatigue with 40 lbs? Lol.

And it looks you keeep defending the LOT theory without even ever have read what it says. Believing over understanding seems your motto.

I never had any problem understanding what bib was saying, it’s just one guys way of explaining things.

Once I started to hang I knew exactly what he meant by fatigue, the different sensations felt at different angles etc.

Plus it works, gained 1/2” length this year.

Really don’t see what the problem is.

I have never believed that theory, even when I first read about it almost a year ago.

Of course I don’t hang so I may pretty much shut the fuck up, but I stretch and jelq.

I have gained quite well without using the LOT theory.Just sayin..

I have sailed through the South Pacific aboard my own vessel. I have lived, worked and played with many people throughout Oceania. I have participated in some of their most sacred rituals. I really don’t care what you can find written in globalist owned publications, or otherwise for that matter as so much of what can be found in print is heavily influenced by propaganda. I can tell you with 100% certainty that to all men throughout these islands size matters. To think otherwise is the hight of ignorance. Although I have not personally inspected any penises belonging to a Tannese, I have spoken with two doctors who gave several dozens of these men physical examinations. It was an interesting story they had to tell, and it came to me on the day that they had performed these exams. They were two, young, gorgeous female doctors from England doing an internship in Vanuatu. My crew mate and I had already gotten to know them several days before, and had become fast friends. They had decided to charter my boat for an afternoon’s sailing adventure, and when they arrived they immediately began to tell the story. Their story was interesting to me on many levels. First of all, I was already engaging in a penis enlargement strategy, and was aware that the Tannese engaged in several unique customs that might be related. I also found it interesting how flabbergasted these woman appeared to be, to the point that one of them was even shaking a little from the experience. Official news outlets will tell you that penis enlargement through natural means is a myth. The information we do get about penis enlargement, for the most part, is complete bunkum.

I came on this site to share my experiences, to exchange ideas and information, not get into a pissing match. So, in the interest of sharing, I would like to tell all of you who would listen with an open mind, that since my time in the South Pacific, which was about 12 years ago, when I changed my strategy for enlargement, I have increased my erect size by volume four times over. It has been a very positive experience, and has improved my life in several ways. Don’t listen to the doubters, listen to that inner self, the man inside that knows exactly what he wants. Believe in it. Bearded Dragon is demonstrating how powerful belief can be. Already he has nearly doubled his size, and from the looks of it is on track to double again. Like he says, ” different things work for different people,” but nothing is going to work if you don’t first believe.

Some of you at this point are probably interested in what my strategy is. It’s really fairly simple. Most times I get an erection, I try to make it bigger than the time before. To facilitate this I use an assortment of devices: wraps, clamps, vacuum cylinders of various shapes and sizes - generally filled with olive or coconut oil, rings, and straps. (I don’t hang weights.) After nearly every session, which are daily, with very few days off, I wear a sheath that keeps my penis elongated and under a small amount of pressure, and in a fashion that in no way restricts blood flow, rather it enhances it. Often I will wear it while I sleep. I get lots of cardio vascular exercise, practice kundalini yoga, drink as much natural, spring fed running water as possible, and eat a mineral rich diet of natural, whole foods. I moderately smoke natural, additive free tobacco, and do not believe the hype surrounding the so called “ills” of smoking. ( I mean for goodness sake people, don’t you think it’s suspicious that the rise in cancer rates coincides precisely with the advent of the Atomic Age? And yet there has been no serious finger pointing at this astoundingly lucrative industry, when it is scientifically irrefutable that nuclear weapons testing, and nuclear power plants generate an abundance of the most lethal particles known to science, all of which have been proven to cause cancer.) Over the years I have suffered very few injuries, and none that were not healed within a day or two. In my early years of P.E. I had created some amount of discoloration. Since the advent of the sheath this is now completely gone. Most every session I have engaged in has caused me some amount of pain. This is unavoidable as far as I can see if one is to achieve an erection larger than the time before.

In closing, I would like to suggest that all of us that are interested in penis enlargement come out of the closet. Isn’t it about time? I mean look at all the things that are occurring around us. Apparently it’s ok for a man now to want to be a woman or the other way round. What is wrong with a man that wants to have the largest, healthiest erection he can, and be actively engaged in a process to achieve this? When I told my girlfriend what I was up to she said she was actually proud of me, and impressed. And she absolutely loves my size. This site for example, every one uses fake names, presumably to protect our privacy. I get this, but I’m proud of what I have achieved, and wouldn’t mind in the least, if it were to help others, that it was widely known who I am, what I have accomplished, and how. It would go a long way to legitimizing penis enlargement, and improving over all erectile function. I don’t use Viagra or the like, and don’t imagine I would ever need to. I can hold an erection for as long as I want, and can achieve orgasm without releasing any sperm. How important is this information to the world? Think about it for a moment. What if all boys were taught the art and science of sperm retention? What if they were taught how to achieve the largest, healthiest, longest lasting erections possible. The general health and happiness meter would sky rocket. There would be far fewer unwanted pregnancies. The list of benefits to society go on and on. My fear is that there are those who do not want this information to get out, and that they are extremely rich and powerful people, and wicked. I think they are funding systems, and programs, think tanks and technologies, all of which are designed to keep individuals and humanity as a whole from reaching their true potential. I will have lost many of you at this point, but let me point out that the vast majority of participant in this scheme do so unwittingly. The science of secrecy through compartmentalization is amazingly advanced. (Think Manhattan Project.) Anyway, there’s some food for thought. And remember, penis enlargement ROCKS!

You have trouble understanding what has been said here, so go figure. It looks like you used a vac hanger not a Bib

so your backup of Bib’ theory is quite strange; at the same time it looks you used a pump quaite a lot also, so you can’t be sure about what worked or not; but the most strange of all things is that you have been complaining (for years, so far) that nothing worked for you

now, you don’t have PE statistics so it is hard to argue basing on yours ‘gains’; my honest opinion ist that yours is exactly an example of people swearing that a given ‘theory’ (or, better said, a bunch of hypothesis based on bliss ignorance) is true to the T but who’s testimony is very doubious and more likely just wishful thinking.
