newbie tryin to get some routine tips

Hi, I have been doing the newbie routine for 3 weeks now and want to start haning at the end of 2nd month. I have been looking at the BIB hanger and it seems like the right choise. What kind of routines should i start with? Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, should i try to contact bib here or just go to his website and order the hanger there? Thanks for the help guys, I’m still very excited about PE.

Starting at 5.5 NBPEL and 6 BPEL. Will measure at the end of first month and see the progress.

Wow…too soon bro. WAY too soon. Just stick with the newbie…it REALLY is the best thing out there for newbies. Don’t even think about hanging until you are absolutely not gaining anymore from manual routines. And that takes months to know. I don’t mean to be a kill joy, but you still have the easiest gains to come by with the newbie.

I know what you are saying, but from reading the posts here I think you can get faster, better, and permanent gains with hanging. So I want to at least incorporate some hanging into my routine since I’m back in school giving me lots of extra free time. In other words, I can be hanging while studying. That is at least 2 hours a day which can be used for my advantage. Is anybody else on the other side of the fence on this? Thanks again.

Don’t do it, don’t do it. Don’t change your routine until the newbie stops working for you. Then you can change your routine. A majority of people have gained more from manual exercises than hanging. Give this a read.

Why not start off hanging

Thanks for the help jb560. I have a couple of questions for you. On you log you say that you do v-streches for 10-20 minutes, is that a straight 10 or 20 minutes hold, or sets of 5 minutes? Then you also say you use rice sock while doing it, how do you do it since you are holding your unit with one hand and the other for the v-strech. Last question, do you warm up whenever you do your fowfers? Thanks for the help.
