New to hanging

I have been doing PE since 29mars 2005 and have gained 1.10 inches by mostly using an extender for approximately 3 hours a day. I have also done some manual stretches, but not in a routine.
My gains seems to have come to a halt and I am now going to try hanging. I have made myself a captains wench which works great.
Today I tried hanging with it and it felt really good. I did 3x30min with 5.5 pounds. Didn’t feel sore or anything, no fluid build up or such.

I am now wondering what my routine should look like? Should I do 3x30min a day or can I do more? I am planning on using my extender at a low traction whenever I’m home.
Any suggestions?
I’m not working on girth at the moment.. I have about 0.5 inches to go in length before I have reached my goal of 8 inches BPEL.


Since you didn’t have any issues after your session you can probably move up in weight. try 7 lbs and see what happens.

For how long do you guys hang every day? Should I have rest days?
