New To Hanging not new to Pe or the Board

Just started hanging a week ago with Monkey Bars Vacuum Hanger. My first week I did 2 sessions a day for 20 minutes at 2 1/2 lbs. Two days on one off. This week I started the same thing except with 5lbs. I do warmup before and after each session. Damfino has helped me out tremendously. Any other advice you guys can give would be great. I wanted to know if I should be jelqing on my day off or whenever. Should I be jelqing as well? Thanks
