New here. Some questions.

Just wanted to say hello as I’m new to this place.
I have some questions, in case anyone would like to reply, I’ll be grateful:
1) I started PE on Abril 23rd, so this is my 2nd week, I am using the swimmer’s cap method. I started with 1 kilo and I already got used and I think I could go for 2 kilos. Is it ok to increase the weight now or should I wait for some more days/weeks?
2) I know this is gonna take time, if I didn’t believe this process would be slow and maybe even tedious, I wouldn’t have started. I just wanted to know what your experiences hae been like and what your results are so far and after how much time. Of course I am not expecting to see results anytime soon, since this is just the beginning of my 3rd week. So, what are your results so far?
