When you hang do you start with light weights then add with additional sets or reach fatigue 1st or 2nd set then use lighter weight?

Once you’ve done two or three months of newbie work, then you can experiment yourself by starting off with light weight and adding weight as you adapt.

Once you familiarise with hanging,. The awareness you have from the months of newbie work will pretty much guide you to what works for you.

If hanging is what you are planning to begin your PE adventure with, you are going to have to proceed extremely carefully and read ALL of the material in the hangers section, and also be prepared for a deluge of criticism.

And once you’ve done that, go back and do the newbie routine, for your dicks sake.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
