Hello fellow hangers
I am experimenting with hanging for quite sometime but thought I will ask some questions.
Does anyone have a hanging routine that he gained from.
Do you also jelg or stretch?
Currently I am hanging 15,4lbs = 7kg. For 20 minutes everyday
Haven’t noticed any changes yet. Anyone has something to suggest?
