Hello fellow hangers

I am experimenting with hanging for quite sometime but thought I will ask some questions.
Does anyone have a hanging routine that he gained from.
Do you also jelg or stretch?
Currently I am hanging 15,4lbs = 7kg. For 20 minutes everyday
Haven’t noticed any changes yet. Anyone has something to suggest?

I have never used a vacuum hanger but assuming that hangers are hangers: you need to hang for a lot more than 20 minutes per day.

I just started getting really dedicated lately. I tried about a year or 2 ago with no results. I built my own knock off Bib recently and started back again. My erect bone pressed was a little under 6 and within 3 weeks I am at 6.25. I hang for 3 hours a day, 3 sets of 60 minutes each, 20 minutes at a time hanging roughly 10 pounds. I also do manual stretches and use a heating pad as my heat source which I never did before. The wife notices on days I hang vs. days I don’t hang. It isn’t going to happen overnight, but I was quite surprised how quickly I gained that .25 inch. That is inspiration to keep going!

WOW Mr. Schlong, so you say that you gained .25 in 3 weeks. That is very encouraging. I am going to follow this and see what happens.

I posted before I read that you are using a vacuum. I use my homemade Bib hanger. Yes, I was very surprised when I measured and saw that extra .25 of an inch because I always thought I was a hard gainer - no, I was just doing things wrong! So once I read up on wrapping and modified my hanger, I was able to make that gain. Now I just have to figure out what made me gain - hanging while sitting or while standing. I also do “cranks” on my penis which helps circulation and seems to give it decent stretching. I do this in the shower mostly and I wear golf weights after my hanging session because my penis likes to retreat like a little turtle neck after a hanging session. Be encouraged Willing - it will work, but it takes time and effort.

Mr. Schlong and I are both BIB and BIB variant users. Strongly advise hunting up some vac hanger threads.

I went months with no gains from dedicated, hands on PE. Been a long time but I seem to recall pretty quick results from hanging. Figure 20 minutes in the hanger and then 10 unwrapped, heating and massaging.

BIB and others were cranking out 15 sets a day.

I got in 10 hours of hanging a week, sometimes a bit more. That worked out to around 3 hours invested in PE per day, 5 days a week.

Yeah, I do 2-3 hours of hanging per day, 4-5 days a week. I don’t know how Bib and others do it - my ligs are completely sore and my penis hurts sometimes and that’s using sweatshirt material. Willing - I do 20 minutes hanging then 10 minutes of massage and unwrapped like iamaru said, 3 times as 1 set. So I do 2-3 sets per day for a total of 2-3 hours a day depending on how much the old guy can handle.

If you hang only for 20 minutes a day you should combine it with something else; you can still make gains with 20 min just add ADS after hanging.

15 lbs is a significant weight but that is probably the limit for a VAC hanger. Adding more sets will benefit. I agree with horsedick an ADS will be a must to prevent a plateau. It needs to be applied daily between your routines.
