Hello all. Just a few question for the vets here to check my progress.

1. Sets
Would I be doing any good to say hang for 2 15 min sets in the morning then maybe
2 15’s at night? Or do all the set need to be back to back to be effective?

I went 1 set of 20 BTC with 10 pounds last night. I am still feeling mostly skin
stretch and have yet to really feel the lig burn…do I need to keep adding
weight or should I keep on at 7-10 pound range until the skin quits burning?

Do you guys take measurements after X amount of hours or X amount of days?
I was going to do my next full measurement after I have logged 30 full hours of hanging.

I know everyone is different, but what is a true estimate of how much I can gain
from lig stretch? I am about 6 in EBP and my LOT is about 10?

Is there anyway to check how tight the BIB should be before you actually add the weights?
sometimes I feel I am over tightening.

IMO, there are some positives and negatives. I think with a split routine, you are more likely to keep the tissues in the extended state, and not allow retraction. But, you will probably find it harder to get to fatigue once you have the needed skin stretch.

The thing about skin stretch is, it generally will not let you go too far, due to the number of nerves on the outer skin. Just do what feels comfortable. If it becomes too much, lower the weight. Now, when you get to where the stress is impacting the internal structures, you need to be much more careful. You might have to back off from the amount of weight you were using to stretch skin.

I usually measured when I thought I had made a gain, or once per month, whichever came first.

This is only considering lig stretch. Find your inner shaft, by feeling, directly under the pubic bone. Then, grasp the base of your shaft where it exits the body. The distance between those two points might give you a rough idea of how much you can gain. But you may get actually more gains as the inner tunica, on the body side of the ligs, is stretched also, and pulled out.

I always tugged on it with my hand at different times as I was tightening. It will not take long till you just do it automatically.

If there is any way you can elaborate on this I’d appreciate it. While it reads easy, I’m finding it hard to actually execute — anatomically.
