New hanger questions....
Hello all. Just a few question for the vets here to check my progress.
Would I be doing any good to say hang for 2 15 min sets in the morning then maybe
2 15’s at night? Or do all the set need to be back to back to be effective?
I went 1 set of 20 BTC with 10 pounds last night. I am still feeling mostly skin
stretch and have yet to really feel the lig burn…do I need to keep adding
weight or should I keep on at 7-10 pound range until the skin quits burning?
Do you guys take measurements after X amount of hours or X amount of days?
I was going to do my next full measurement after I have logged 30 full hours of hanging.
I know everyone is different, but what is a true estimate of how much I can gain
from lig stretch? I am about 6 in EBP and my LOT is about 10?
Is there anyway to check how tight the BIB should be before you actually add the weights?
sometimes I feel I am over tightening.

A short note to Bib….when should I see about having you remold the gel? Right now it is
still very usable….
