It would probably be in your best interest to get either 1 lb plates or fishing weights or something else that allows you to change the weight in half pound increments and on up. A 2.5 pound difference can be rather huge at certain hanging angles or when you are really sore.

Wow central thank you for the information. I am going to start out with the SD and mix it up with the BTC. Yesterday when I tried my first hang I laid back for a second to grab my phone and I could definitely notice a difference in the stretch. It was much stronger laying on my back with my feet propped up. I am going to go ahead and make a user on bibs forum, I checked it out yesterday trying to get some tips and hints. Im very excited to continue my hanging sessions, I cant wait to get off of work to knock it out before taking the girl out for Valentines day. The thing I like most is I can stretch and do stuff at the same time. I am a very multi task person so hanging is perfect for me. Once again central thank you for the information. I will go to a parts store and get some smaller weights to increase the weight in smaller increments like you said.

It’s all part of the brotherhood. I actually feel bad when I read that people quit because they are frustrated and gave up. Learning the technique of hanging can be difficult for some people. But if you can get it down and then apply yourself within the guidelines of the email from Bib you will gain. I know he doesn’t like to make guarantees but the people that don’t gain either have a technique problem or more likely are not applying the right amount of time and weight. You have to be consistent and build up to the weight that will get you gains.

Sounds good man, well I am dedicated to get some where with it so no worries there. Just hope I can master a good routine and weight and start gaining. Thanks a lot central, I made a progress report and I will be updating it regularly.
