I stopped hanging about 5 months ago due to the fact that I never saw any gains and I was just devoting too much time to trying to get a bigger johnson with no positive results. Im going to give it another go again but I would like to know should I start all over again with the beginners routine? When I was hanging I was up to 2 hours a day and 14lbs. Since then I have no jelqed, stretched or hanged since then. This time I want to hang and do jelqing in hopes that maybe it was increase my chances of hanging.

Just need help with a routine, unless i should just do the newb routine over again. Any advice will help.

Oh and I was only doing SD and BTC b/c I was told I needed to stretch my ligs all the way but, if I didnt stretch them at 14lbs I dont know if I can handle more weight.

For now do the noob routine so you don’t injure bro. So you haven’t had lig gains huh how do you know have you not noticed the suspensory ligs popping out as you stretch?

Ok great Ill start out with the noob routine.

I didnt feel any popping at all. I do know what you are talking about but I never got to that point.

No I didn’t mean tearing ligs off I’m saying visuals of your suspensory ligs marking on your pubic region as you stretch down, and out.

When you can see the ligs on top of your dick it means your gonna have lig gains soon

Oh ok, tha is the lot thing correct? Well in that case my did change but it was not maximized.
