Need routine help.
I stopped hanging about 5 months ago due to the fact that I never saw any gains and I was just devoting too much time to trying to get a bigger johnson with no positive results. Im going to give it another go again but I would like to know should I start all over again with the beginners routine? When I was hanging I was up to 2 hours a day and 14lbs. Since then I have no jelqed, stretched or hanged since then. This time I want to hang and do jelqing in hopes that maybe it was increase my chances of hanging.
Just need help with a routine, unless i should just do the newb routine over again. Any advice will help.
Oh and I was only doing SD and BTC b/c I was told I needed to stretch my ligs all the way but, if I didnt stretch them at 14lbs I dont know if I can handle more weight.
