Need new angle

Need advice for a new hanging routine. I have an injury in the left testicle. If I try to hang BTC the hanger puts too much pressure on the testicle making the pain unbearable.

My lot is 6. Please advise as to what would be best for me to try . Thanks !

If your Lot is 6 you shouldn’t hang BTC which stresses the ligs. You most likely have dried the gains from there and need to do the upper angles or straight out to hit the tunica.
