Hello, I have been hanging on and off for years. Usually 3-9 months at a time. It is hard to stay motivated because I feel NO FATIGUE and have no gains. If anything I’ve lost a bit over the years. I used to use the bib hanger but only got up to 17 lbs before it started to hurt a lot. I got a cut and stopped. Keep in mind, I’ve taken 1-2 year breaks from hanging so to anyone who thinks decondition/stop hanging for awhile is the answer, it sadly has not been. No matter how long I take off, when I come back my penis is still made of steel. I have been using the LG for over a year now and my luck continues to be non-existent. I can hang 17.5 lbs for 2 hours and feel no fatigue. Some guys say that they have hung with the bib 35 lbs and they feel fatigue with the LG at 12 lbs after 1 hour. So I don’t know what to do. If I try to get the bibhanger going again for 30 + lbs, will I even feel anything? What is wrong with my dick? How can I possibly hang 17.5 lbs for 2 hours and feel nothing?

If hanging 17.5 lbs for 2 hours does nothing for my dick, then I imagine an extender and manual stretches will do nothing as well (I have tried both with no results not surprisingly). I’m at a complete loss. Is there anyone else who had a problem like this with high weights and didn’t start to feel fatigue until 25 + lbs? The LG can only go up to 25 lbs but I think anything past 17.5 and it is very uncomfortable on the glans. It is a great product however and I recommend it despite my lack of gains. Some people say pumping has helped them gain length and so I’ve ordered one because at this point I’ll try everything before calling it quits. I can’t seem to expand in it though and at 6 hg my girth inside of it is the same as my usual girth.

For my own mental health, as I’ve said, I’ve taken 1-x years off at a time but I just really want to gain and the fact that it has been this hard is.. in some fucked up way, all the more reason for me to continue and figure it out. I want to know what will work. Any advice/help appreciated, especially from those hanging at 30 + lbs. Thank you

Hi I used 30+ lbs.
Now, your problem is that you don’t get a good stretch from the weight you are using. So, the logical solution for this would be to increase the weight and try how it feels.
I’ve read a lot about problems about Bib’s hanger and didn’t want to invest in one. One of the problems is that it hurts and slips when hanging heavier weights. So, I built my own DIY hanger(check my signature thread for picture).


Hanging heavy weights could cause injury if one is not conditioned to such weights. Before you decide to go heavy, you need to go through a conditioning process of slowly building up weights to the point when you feel comfortable. So, please take it slowly and pay attention to your wrapping technique.
