OK, I have been hanging for 2 months but not in the most effective way.. Straight out, instead of between the cheeks. I would basically be in a bending position with a 5 litre water bottle hanging straight out from my cock. Today, had enough went and bought some weights also for working out. And just want advice cause with the old routine saw no erect gains.

For between the cheek ( BTC ) I am between the bed and chair almost parallel to to ground, and in the in-between bit I have weight hanging from my cock straight down. Am I doing it right?

Before I was using 10lbs / 5 litres / 5kg.. But this is more intense as I can feel the pull more I am now using 5.5 lbs / 2.5 kg.. Is this enough?

Just worried as I haven’t seen results and now cut the weight in half. Any help I would be really grateful.

Ok, don’t worry guys. Pegym helped me out on this question, thought it was still confusing at first, so I am doing it right.

I do BTC sitting on the edge of a chair.

If I raised my legs up I’m quite sure my back would have something to say.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
